TOM HOARE REJOINS [PIAS]

[PIAS] has re-hired Tom Hoare, who was most recently working for Syco Music, as U.K. Head of Digital. The appointment is effective immediately.

Hoare previously worked at [PIAS] as Digital Channel Manager before leaving in 2015 to become Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Polydor Records.

Reporting directly to [PIAS] U.K. MD Jason Rackham, in his new role Hoare will have overall responsibility for the strategy, direction and management of the company’s U.K. labels’ digital activities.

Rackham said: "We are absolutely delighted to welcome Tom back to [PIAS] in this key role in which he will play a major part in driving the success of our artists and business forward. Since leaving us in 2015 Tom has gained invaluable experience and brings back a wealth of experience and insight that will add real strength to our digital offering.”

While at Polydor, Hoare led award-winning digital campaigns for The 1975, HAIM, Michael Kiwanuka and Elbow. He then moved into the film industry as Head of Digital for Universal Pictures before returning to music with Sony Music’s Syco label as Head of Digital.
